With over 44 years of experience in Financial Services, I work closely with our IFA, <strong>David Parnell</strong>, to ensure the smooth running of the office, efficient administration, and full compliance with regulatory requirements. I take overall responsibility for maintaining our compliance standards, ensuring that every process aligns with industry regulations and supports the delivery of high-quality, ethical financial advice.
I liaise directly with providers to help deliver positive outcomes for clients and pride myself on offering exceptional, personal, and trustworthy customer service, building lasting relationships along the way.
When I'm not overseeing the finer details of compliance or keeping the office running seamlessly, I serve in my additional (and equally important) role as official handler to <strong>Otis</strong>, our enthusiastic Head of Security.
